WALKS FOR CHILDREN

Many of our guides are brilliant with kids and have put together special walks for children: for birthday parties, school trips, etc. Their repertory ranges from "fun walks" (e.g., Pirate Treasure Hunts & City Safaris) to walks that are pegged to national curriculum subjects. It's an ideal way for children to absorb history or have a set book brought to life. And you can't fault "the educational pedigree" of a guided walk: Aristotle taught this way: peripatetic lectures they were.

Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday

BAJOFONDO

May 31
Bajofondo ( winning one Golden Globe, two Oscars, two Grammys and 12 Latin Grammy). "The music from the Rio de la Plata has a unique accent but is universal.

This is the new album by one of the most powerful live bands in the world, but also the greatest gift (in size and ambition) that the band has given fans and those who just discovered: 21 epic songs that combine organically a multitude of genres.

All ingredients are Bajofondo this song: rhythm, mixing modern and old electronic tango, bandoneon and violin, piano and double milonga style poetic sense flowing through the disc (another example of this is found in the powerful "bar code" that contrasts with the smooth introduction and comes as a frontal sonic attack.

Venue: Teatro Coliseo
Address: Marcelo T de Alvear 1125
